Yosemite to host 20 disabled military veterans on big wall climbs

On September 9-12, Yosemite to remember the 9/11 terrorist attack on that day. The Park and Paradox Sports are co-sponsoring the event. The kick off will be at Cooks Meadow in the valley with a brief introduction.

The vets will climb to the summit of Half Dome, El Capitan, and Royal Arches. A goal is to summit on September 11 for a moment of silence. If you are hiking Half Dome that day, it would be great to cheer them on. Be careful and look over the side to see them coming up.
