Yosemite Half Dome permits prematurely sent out

As Marcos mentioned in his comment, there was a procedural error by the venodr that runs recreation.gov For one, they seemed to use 2012 verbiage in a  cut and paste manner… i.e. “Permits were listed as $5.00 – not the $8 it shoudl be.

The park told me that there will b” directive out.  a “confirm by May 20 or your permit willbe voided and put into the 2-day mini lottery. This should be in the new announcement April 15.

Let’s let the dust settle.
