Yosemite Free to Military

The Department of the Interior, parent of the National Park Service is going to begin giving active duty military and their dependents a “get in free’ card to parks – just like the $80 annual America the Beautiful pass.

Enlisted men and women and officers alike can pick up a pass at any National Park or wildlife refuge that charges an entrance fee. Members must show a military identification card to get their pass. Now if they would do something to help the plight of Vietnam-Era Vets (me). How about a free pizza for veterans of the Cold War? We won that one.

Observation: Why does the Dept of Interior deal with things that are outside?

NOTICE: Absolutely no copostatic effects were used in the creation of this blog.
